Android Team Leader, Odessa
An international software company specializing in system programming, web and mobile software development with the office in Sillicon Valley continues to expand in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced Android platform Team Leader in Odessa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading the team of 5 developers;
- Participate in requirements analysis and decision-making on projects;
- Team development process coordination;
- Management architecture design decisions on projects;
- Team building (motivate/assessment of project team members), management training and development team;
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader;
- At least 2 years of development experience on Android platform;
- Strong programming background in Java/C++/C;
- Good knowledge of Android architecture and APIs;
- Experience in Front-End and Back-End development;
- Knowledge of OOP;
- Understanding of computer network applications development;
- Familiarity with with Agile software development process and scrum is desirable;
- Upper Intermediate English level;
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships;
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
